Jonathan and I first saw them play a gentle, memorable set at the Hopetoun Hotel in Sydney in 2008; a venue that sadly no longer exists. We&#8217;d just come from filming <a href=\"https:\/\/shoottheplayer.com\/blog\/2010\/01\/08\/the-tallest-man-on-earth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Tallest Man On Earth<\/a> and were high from the experience. The Hopetoun was packed and the crowd was it&#8217;s usual hot, restless self. I moved here around the same time the band did.
