Hundreds of people came to the launch and we were overwhelmed with the warm response to our work. It was great to see people we had filmed over a year ago like <a href=\"https:\/\/shoottheplayer.com\/blog\/2007\/10\/20\/pork-pies-jai-pyne-warm-blood\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jai Pyne<\/a>, Aiden from <a href=\"https:\/\/shoottheplayer.com\/blog\/2007\/10\/01\/belles-will-ring-park-benches\/\" target=\"_blank\">Belles Will Ring<\/a>, Gabrielle from <a href=\"https:\/\/shoottheplayer.com\/blog\/2009\/02\/21\/dead-letter-chorus\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dead Letter Chorus<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/shoottheplayer.com\/blog\/2007\/11\/08\/des-miller\/\" target=\"_blank\">Des Miller<\/a> turn out for the event. Holly Throsby played On Longing and lead the crowd in singing Happy Birthday to Megan Washington, who had made the journey from Melbourne to be there.
